On continuing the theme of thanksgiving

To my fellow story church'ers:

I stumbled this Sunday, but you held me aloft and prevented my fall.

Thank you.

  1. for me, I realize my mistakes feel HUGE but sometimes to others it is minor or even totally unnoticed. :) our mistakes, our shortcomings, our flaws always feel a million times magnified by our own lenses. I didn't notice what you are talking about. :) I heard Michael Hyatt share something he learned: take compliments/criticisms and allow both to be the fertilizer of life and let it cause us to grow. I would throw in there: let our mistakes(whether purposeful or not) lead us to grow and learn. Noticing the stumble and acknowledging it is the first step towards growth. that is admirable you did that, grow from it and then let grace fill in the rest. :)

I love your comments!
